South Texas Federal Credit Union will reopen branch lobbies May 18, 2020. As a financial institution offering essential services, we know we must return to full operation. However, we are doing so with an abundance of caution and offering as many safeguards as possible with special measures being taken to protect members and employees as the COVID-19 threat continues.
Starting 9 a.m. Monday May 18th , branch lobbies will resume normal hours of operation. Lobby access from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on MON-TUE, THU-SAT and 10:00am to 11:00am on WED will be reserved for our senior members (65 and older) and first time responders. However, the number of individuals allowed inside at any given time will be limited, and those waiting to enter will do so in a designated area.
Members are also asked to maintain 6 feet of distance between each other and wear facemask (Mandatory). A door greeter will provide hand sanitizer to every member, plexiglass guards have been installed at each indoor teller station. We will allowed qualifying members to schedule appointments for in-person visits.
